Мы ищем опытногоProject Manager со знанием платформы ЦФТ

для выполнения проектных задач ПО МОДЕЛИ АУТСТАФФ (подключение специалиста в команду заказчика).

Мы предлагаем:

Требования:

Опыт работы с ЦФТ (знание архитектуры, структуры данных, логики ядра)

Понимание банковских продуктов (кредитные продукты, регламентированная отчетность)

Задачи:

Миграция БД с Oracle → PostgreSQL

Переписывание (рефакторинг) локальных доработок ЦФТ под новый стек

Ключевые PM-компетенции:

Разработка плана миграции с минимизацией простоев банковских систем

Координация команды разработки (SQL/PG-специалисты)

Взаимодействие с бизнесом (кредитный отдел, финансовая отчетность)

Контроль тестирования и сверки данных (старая vs новая система)

Soft Skills:

Аналитическое мышление (разбираться в легаси-коде без документации)

Стрессоустойчивость (критические даты: конец месяца/квартала)

Сильные коммуникативные навыки

Будет плюсом:

Опыт аналогичных миграций (Oracle → PostgreSQL)

Знание инструментов миграции (Ora2Pg, pgloader) - теоретически
