We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Alexandria team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering strong business results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and Develop Your Team
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability for a team of residential trades professionals. Foster a culture built on performance, service, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Revenue and Performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify growth opportunities, and help your team achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Improve Operational Efficiency
  • Partner with field and office leadership to optimize scheduling, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
• Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Recruit and Develop Talent
  • Help attract, train, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline for future growth.
