F22 Labs is a 12-year-old technology and AI engineering company helping businesses leverage AI to transform operations, improve customer experiences, and drive growth.

We are looking for a driven SDR to identify and create new business opportunities in the US market for our AI Services business, including AI transformation, Voice AI, and custom AI solutions.

• Identify and engage potential customers in the US market through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and uncover relevant AI opportunities.
• Initiate conversations with CXOs and business leaders to understand challenges and position our AI capabilities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  

• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or business development.
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, or IT services to US customers preferred.
• Strong communication, cold calling, and prospecting skills.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to understand business problems.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working US hours.
