Professional Services Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary

F5 is seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to lead our services team in Riyadh. You will develop and coach a team of technical consultants, serve as a senior point of contact for key customers, and partner closely with the Saudi sales organization to deliver strong customer outcomes. You will report to regional Professional Services leadership and help shape our services strategy in one of the region's most dynamic markets, supporting the Kingdom's digital transformation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Management

• Act as the local management contact for key Saudi enterprise and public-sector customers.

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and monitor customer sentiment and delivery concerns.

• Manage escalations professionally, engaging regional or technical leadership as needed.

• Keep customer expectations aligned with the services being delivered.

• Maintain a visible leadership presence with strategic accounts and support key customer meetings.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants, creating accountability and a culture of high performance.

• Support resource planning, onboarding, performance management, and career development.

• Work with regional leadership to ensure the right technical specialists are engaged on customer projects.

Delivery and Sales Partnership

• Support smooth, timely delivery of engagements and protect the quality of F5 services.

• Work closely with the Saudi sales team on account strategy, customer engagement and services opportunities, while setting realistic expectations for delivery.

• Help identify where Professional Services can add further value for customers.

Market Insight

• Provide regional leadership with feedback on market needs, customer trends and competitor activity.

• Use local knowledge and relationships to help the wider team navigate customer situations and improve how we position Professional Services locally.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, customer culture and business practices.

• Proven ability to coach and develop technical consulting teams.

• Strong customer management skills, including handling escalations and difficult conversations.

• Sound judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence in a relationship-driven market.

• Ability to build trust with customers, consultants, sales teams, and regional leadership.

• Technical awareness of networking, application delivery, security or cloud, enough to engage in technical discussions and involve the right specialists.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Services Delivery, Technical Account Management or a similar customer-facing technology environment.

• Experience working directly with enterprise and public-sector customers in Saudi Arabia.

• Fluent Arabic and professional-level English.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of F5 products and solutions. You don't need to be an F5 expert to apply.

• Prior technical consulting or engineering experience.

• Experience with Saudi government, financial services, telecom or large enterprise customers.

• Experience supporting services growth or identifying new customer opportunities.

• Existing relationships in the Saudi technology ecosystem.
