The Role
F5’s People & Culture (P&C) organization is looking for a People Analytics Solutions Consultant to join the People Analytics team.Reporting to the Sr. Director of People Analytics, you will be the most senior technical product owner on the team, mentoring other analysts and setting the standard for how we manage and deliver peopledata to the organization.In this role, you will be responsible fordriving the design, product management, and enablement of data and analytics products including Visier, Snowflake, and Tableau. As the analytics product owner,you will work with key partners to enable data integrations, design data governance and data sharing principles, and develop key data definitions. You will also be responsible fordesigning and building best-in-class visualizations, delivering training, guidance, and support to P&C users, and driving the overall adoption and user experience of our analytics products across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee andrecruiting data, processes, and analytics; have previousexperience implementing Visier and HR analytics tools and a passion for enabling users to maximize the value of workforce data.

Responsibilities
Act as the central product owner for the entire People Analytics portfolio (Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI), driving the strategic roadmap, hands-on implementation (including data mapping, UAT, and optimization), and governance model from end to end
Lead the architecture of our people data layer, partnering with IT to build and manage a secure data zone in Snowflake, and writing complex SQL to ensure data is integrated, transformed, and audit-readywith the highest levels of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Establish and enforce a comprehensive data governance and security framework for all people data, ensuring data quality, clear data definitions, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Design, build, and maintaina portfolio of best-in-class analytics products, from enterprise-wide dashboards in Visier and Tableau to custom analyses that solve critical business problems
Act as a key consultant and partner to business and P&C leaders, owningthe stakeholder relationshipto understand their needs, improve the user experience, and collaboratively find solutions
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by leading all user training, enablement, and support programs, ensuring users can effectively interpret and apply data insights
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on people analytics technology, continuously evaluating market trends and recommending innovations to our analytics stack
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of demonstratedexperience in apeople analytics role (e.g., People Analytics Consultant, HR Solutions/Product Manager, PeopleData Analyst/Engineer)
Proven, hands-on expertiseacross the analytics stack, including authoring complex SQL, building data models in Snowflake, designing production dashboards in Tableau and/or PowerBI, and managing data integration pipelines (ETL)
Deep experience with end-to-end Visier product ownership, including platform implementation, administration, governance, and advanced analysis/dashboard creation
Strong functional knowledge of HR data and processes, and familiarity with Workday data structures
Practical understanding of employee data governance, security models, and compliance protocols for managing PII and SPI (Sensitive Personal Information)
Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and communicate data stories effectively
Strong project management and user enablement experience, with a track recordof leading cross-functional data projects and successfully training users of all technical levels
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience applying advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, or machine learning (Python, R) to solve complex people analytics challenges
Experience managing an analytics product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Professional certifications in our core technologies (e.g., Visier, Snowflake, Tableau) or in project management (PMP)
Master’s or PhD in a quantitative or HR-related field such as I/O Psychology, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Statistics

The annual base pay for this position is: $134,600.00 - $202,000.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
