We are committed to transparency and equal treatment, therefore we particularly welcome applications from all age groups, regardless of gender, disabilities, origin, social and ethnic background, religion, ideology or sexual identity.

Do you have a passion for education and training and are you equally enthusiastic about IT and modern software solutions? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for a diverse range of tasks and are you passionate about communicating technical content in a clear and practical way?

Are you motivated to support our employees and customers in their learning journey and to create exciting training sessions and digital learning content around our software solutions? Then you are exactly right in our Learning & Development team, the Fabasoft Academy.

Your mission:

  • You design our Fabasphere Certified Professional Program from conception through ongoing development, shaping how knowledge about Fabasphere is communicated.
  • You translate complex technical content into effective learning experiences - from eLearning courses and training videos to learning materials and screen recordings. Together with our solution experts, you keep the content up to date, practical, and consistently at a high level of quality.
  • You make our software easy to understand and experience: To do so, you independently plan and deliver product training sessions and presentations for our customers and employees.
  • You administer our eLearning platforms and strategically develop them further to ensure that digital learning works easily and smoothly.
  • You also keep our training technically on track: You support the provision of training laptops, virtualized training machines, and access credentials, as well as basic server administration.
  • In addition, you contribute your experience to a wide range of learning and development projects and have the freedom to incorporate new ideas into our learning offerings.

Your profile:

  • You have completed an IT education - for example at a technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or university - or have an equivalent qualification gained through several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have several years of solid experience in technical training and digital learning and have independently designed and implemented demanding training sessions, eLearning courses, or comparable learning offerings.
  • You present complex software and technical concepts in a clear, practical, and audience-oriented way. As an experienced trainer, you have a professional and confident presence and communicate content convincingly in German and English.
  • You are highly familiar with modern eLearning platforms, digital learning formats, and tools for training videos and screen recordings. Ideally, you also have experience in administering and further developing learning platforms.
  • You systematically develop comprehensive learning offerings, coordinate various stakeholders, and keep quality, deadlines, and target groups in mind. Experience with certification programs as well as a good business understanding of the composition and calculation of customized training offerings are additional advantages.
  • Thanks to your solid understanding of IT, you quickly familiarize yourself with complex software products and technical training environments, take responsibility, and reliably and independently contribute your experience to the team.

We really care for experts - and we show it with:

  • first-class catering (breakfast, coffee, drinks, fruit and much more) and fantastic team events
  • an inspiring work environment with state-of-the-art office standards
  • a stress-free, sustainable commute (generous support for climate tickets and other annual network cards, free e-shuttle from the train station to HQ and back)
  • a monthly home office quota and flexible working hours
  • an above-average salary (approx. EUR 4.000 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications)
  • to be continued

We design business processes in a digital world - including our application process. That is why we only accept applications submitted via the form on our website.
