- Współpraca z zespołem projektowym przy diagnozie błędów i rozwiązywaniu zgłoszeń zgodnie z instrukcjami.
- Kontakt z klientami i użytkownikami w języku polskim i angielskim.
- Wykonywanie testów funkcjonalnych, integracyjnych, smoke, akceptacyjnych i wdrożeniowych na różnych środowiskach aplikacji.
- Przeprowadzanie retestów zgłoszonych uwag i błędów.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Doświadczenie w manualnym testowaniu aplikacji webowych.
- Doświadczenie w pracy nad różnymi projektami i z różnymi zespołami projektowymi.
- Dokładność analizy i precyzyjne opisywanie błędów.
- Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientem.
- Znajomość procesów ITIL oraz obsługi zgłoszeń typu Incident, Problem i Change.
- Analityczne myślenie, dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
- Znajomość zagadnień SEM/SEO i WordPress.
