About Us
Eterio Realities Inc. is a software company in Victoria, British Columbia, building augmented reality tools for industrial manufacturing. Our story began in 2010, out of challenges encountered during the construction of the Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, B.C.
Today we’re a team of 30+ across Canada and India, and growing! We have built FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. FabStation replaces paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking, and it integrates with the workflows shops already run. Our mission is to empower steel fabricators with innovative augmented reality technology, revolutionizing the way they work.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities that turn into revenue. You will prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing companies, identifying real production challenges (rework, inefficiency, QA gaps) and booking high-quality demos for our Account Executives. This role is the foundation for a high-performing sales career.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency
- Generate warm introductions and qualified demos for the Account Executive team
- Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and client records in our CRM
- Sharpen your messaging through coaching and performance data
- Hit sales targets and review your numbers regularly
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer support, preferred within the manufacturing industry
- Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot) is an asset
- Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or construction industries (strong plus)
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and handling rejection
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Organized and able to manage high activity volume
- Excellent communication who can simplify complex ideas
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Fast learner who can quickly understand technical products and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to confidently communicate value to executives, sales leaders, and operational teams
- Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products is highly preferred
What We Offer
- Base salary: $41,000 plus commission ($60,000-$68,000 OTE - 60:40)
