Missions
- Assister les équipes de compte dans divers projets clients, formations pour les nouveaux utilisateurs et initiatives stratégiques.
- Observer les professionnels des ventes et des solutions clients lors de la fourniture de support à la clientèle.
- Compléter des projets indépendants à grande échelle et présenter vos conclusions à l'équipe de direction.
Profil recherché
- Client Solutions Interns have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions- Currently completing an M2 in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency or business level French
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships and work on teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
- Students in good academic standing
- Proficiency at learning and using new technology
