Join our engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer, where you will design and develop financial trading applications. You will work on mission-critical systems, primarily using Java, and collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You will also participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and optimize application performance. This is a hybrid position with comprehensive health coverage, free lunch, and generous PTO.
Missions
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Order Management System (OMS) features across both backend (Java) and frontend components.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, and participate in code reviews.
- Optimize application performance for both backend processes and frontend user experience, focusing on scalability and low latency.

- 5+ years of software engineering experience required
- Excellent problem-solving and execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant
