Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office or related field
- 1+ year experience as Receptionist/Hostess
- Good communication, presentable, customer service oriented
- Computer literate
Key Duties
- Welcoming guests
- Handling reservations & calls
- Assisting with customer inquiries
- Any other as assigned by the Supervisor
