HR Intern

Fast Bank CJSC is looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern. An outstanding HR intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes,
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates,
• Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork,
• Contribute to training program coordination,
• Assist in maintaining employee records,
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests,
• Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Fluent in Armenian language, good in Russian and English languages
• Bachelor's degree or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
