Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Fast Shift LLC is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who will be responsible for testing the company’s payment systems and digital products, identifying potential issues, and ensuring their quality, reliability, and seamless operation.

• Perform manual testing of software and digital products to identify defects and potential failures.
• Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and technical documentation.
• Analyze business processes and system functionality to ensure effective testing.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of payment systems and digital products.
• Document identified defects, including reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results.
• Analyze test results, track defect resolution, and perform retesting when necessary.
• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other relevant departments to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze the technical and functional aspects of systems to identify potential quality risks.
• Review and maintain test documentation to ensure alignment with current requirements.
• Prepare testing reports and present results to the direct supervisor.

• Experience in manual software testing (Manual QA).
• Experience in testing fintech or payment systems is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS / Android).
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman) and basic SQL queries.
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and business teams.
• High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
