Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Based in the Midlands region, you’ll start your day from home and travel directly to customer sites across the UK. No two days will look the same - and you’ll be the trusted partner making sure our customers’ automation systems run at their best.
What you’ll do
Troubleshooting and repair in the areas of electronics, mechanics, I/O, drive technology, PLC (Beckhoff/ Siemens), software, and computers on our flexible manufacturing systems - be the expert who supports our customers.
Maintenance and servicing of flexible manufacturing systems and robot solutions (Fanuc) - keep our technologies running smoothly.
Modifications, enhancements, and commissioning of flexible manufacturing systems - play an active role in shaping the future of automation.
Support the installation of new automation equipment
Assess complex technical requirements and advise customers on solutions
Requirements
Background in service or maintenance
Electro-mechanical fault-finding skills
Ideally experienced with PLCs (Siemens/Beckhoff), CNC machines, robotics, or automated manufacturing systems
Comfortable with software and Windows-based systems
Determination, initiative, and a hands-on attitude
A full UK driving license
High flexibility to travel to customers across the UK & internationally (Mo-Fr)
