What You'll Do:
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficiencies
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Preventative Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Customer Interaction - Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systems
- System Efficiency - Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency
- Read & Interpret Technical Diagrams - Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properly
- Code Compliance - Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systems
- Record Keeping - Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
- Safety Compliance - Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standards
- Customer Service - Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitude
What You'll Bring:
- Experience - 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar role
- Certifications - HVAC certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
- Technical Expertise - Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipment
- Service Software - Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
- Communication Skills - Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions clearly to customers
- Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulations
- Customer-Focused - A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude
- Driver’s License - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
