Broad Function: As a Quadient Trainee, you will build practical skills in Customer Communication Management (CCM) and learn how businesses create accurate, personalized, and efficient customer communications. You will receive structured exposure to Quadient products, technologies, and delivery methods while working with experienced professionals in software development and CCM. Through hands-on assignments and real-world scenarios, you will learn to design communication templates, connect data, automate workflows, prepare multi-channel outputs, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document your work. Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to): Template Design and Development: Create and customize templates for invoices, statements, marketing materials, and letters using Quadient Inspire Designer. Data Integration: Integrate data from databases, APIs, or files into templates to generate dynamic and personalized communications. Workflow Automation: Develop and configure workflows that automate the creation, processing, and delivery of customer communications. Channel Management: Design and optimize output for print, email, SMS, and web-based communication channels. Testing and Troubleshooting: Test templates, workflows, and processes for accuracy and compliance, and troubleshoot issues involving data, templates, or delivery. Team Collaboration: Work with business analysts, designers, and other IT teams to understand requirements and implement suitable solutions. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Help ensure that communications meet applicable branding, accessibility, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Performance Optimization: Support improvements to document-generation processes so they can handle large volumes efficiently. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of templates, workflows, processes, test results, and updates
Requirements Desired Qualifications & Experience: Fresher with 0-1 year of experience. Must be based in Kolkata and able to work from the Salt Lake office. Must be comfortable with a five-day working week and rotational shifts, including night shifts when required. Must be willing to sign a two-year non-monetary service agreement. B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, M.Tech, or MCA. Good programming ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of one or more relevant technologies such as JavaScript/JScript, jQuery, XML, HTML, or CSS. Sound understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
