Ferguson is currently seeking (3rd) Shift Warehouse Associates for our (100 Empire Blvd, Brookshire TX 77423) distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping,orreceivingexperiencewho take pride in safe, accurate,and dependablework.

Schedule:

Shift Schedule:Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM start time, depending on job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Abilitytoworkovertime including extended hours asneededbasedonbusiness demands

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping,orreceivingexperiencepreferred

• Ability to safely perform physically demandingwork inawarehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)

• Experience with, or readiness to learn,warehouse technology such as RF scanners

• Regular and reliable attendance and abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironment

• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Accuratelypick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations

• Perform dailytasksusing RF scanners, and/or labor management systems

• Build,wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity

• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas

• Communicate effectivelywith team members and support a team-oriented work environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts

• Adhereto all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required

• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvementopportunities to management

• Complywithall company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Performotherdutiesas assigned to support operational needs
