Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay: typically starting at $24 an hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determiningthe best products and solutions.

• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timelyquotations and accuratesales orders.

• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.

• Answer sales callsfor general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.

• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) systemand phone system.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.

• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.

• Proven track recordof responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

• Highlymotivated andcustomer service orientedmentality with abilityto build relationships is a plus.

• General digital literacyincluding Microsoft Office.

• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
