Design Engineer (Electronics)

Job Responsibility:

• Develop concepts and solutions for projects
• Component selection, schematic capture, and board development
• Cost control and reduction
• Problem Solving and debug
• Documentation: create qualified drawings and project documentations per Festo rules and standards
• Responsible for design compliance with EMC, CE/CSA… standards
• Collaboration with the rest of the product development team to integrate your deliverables towards the release of new products into production

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of relevant business experience necessary
• Schemat design and simulation, PCB layout design, EMC correct design, Allegro Cadence experience is a must.
• Familiar with embedded software design by C and assembly language, RS232/RS485 and
• Ethernet communication interface experience is a plus
• Experience of design compliance with EMC, standards
• Complex problem solving, time management, prioritization and awareness of business and finance implications
• Knowledge of electronic production technology and quality strategies for PCB-A
• Wind-chill experience is a plus
• Basic SAP knowledge
• Good at verbal and written English
