The company reports more than 13 million monthly earners and over 1 billion dollars in rewards redeemed, and brand partners use its SKU-level view of about 212 billion dollars in annual consumer spending to acquire and retain shoppers. It is led by chief executive Wes Schroll, with Meredith Guerriero as chief operating officer and Gideon Oppenheimer as chief financial officer.

What we’re building and why we’re building it.

Fetch helps people live rewarded every day, with a vision to become the rewards destination for everyone. We turn everyday activities into meaningful rewards, whether it’s grocery shopping, grabbing a quick meal, or playing a favorite mobile game. To date, we’ve awarded more than $1 billion in Fetch Points to our users.

Each day, more than 13 million receipts are submitted on Fetch, providing visibility into over $212 billion in gross merchandise value. This creates the largest retail-agnostic, SKU-level view of household spending, powering Fetch as an outcomes-based advertising platform that helps brands acquire and retain lifelong consumers.

The Fetch app is available on the App Store and Google Play, with more than 6 million five-star reviews from a highly engaged and loyal user base.

It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from Softbank, ICONIQ, DST, Greycroft, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

At Fetch, we value curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to explore new tools, especially AI, to drive smarter, faster work. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be ready to learn quickly and think critically. We welcome learners who move fast, challenge the status quo, and shape what’s next, with us. Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.

About the Role:

Fetch is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations supporting our Data & Expanded Core verticals. In this high-impact, senior individual contributor role, you’ll act as a strategic thought partner to the Data GM and Expanded Core SVP which represent some of most nascent and fast-growing verticals. You’ll shape and execute initiatives that fuel growth, sharpen execution, and bring clarity to complexity.

As a key player in some of Fetch’s newest business areas, you will have a unique vantage point to understand our most promising growth initiatives. In this role, you'll help the revenue leaders on Data and Expanded Core to focus on what matters most by “cutting through the noise” and making sure all strategy and operations decisions are data-driven and properly sequenced and prioritized. You’ll also play a key role in channel management across our sales teams and expanded core verticals - ensuring execution and coordination across teams.

You will be hands-on with data collection, generating insights through analysis, and crafting high-impact recommendations for the revenue leaders you directly support and the Fetch executive team. This role is a blend of strategy and operations, requiring the ability to leverage data-backed insights to align on high-level strategy and then operationalize that strategy through the team to ensure execution and performance.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Revenue Leaders in Product Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to the revenue leaders on Data and Expanded Core, helping “champion and challenge” key decisions; then once decisions are made, helping them prioritize and drive the action plans that promote growth and success for the Expanded Core businesses.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Perform in-depth data collection and analysis to inform decision-making, framing trade-offs and providing actionable recommendations that balance risk and reward.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure focused execution of product strategies, driving focus on key milestones and KPIs while minimizing distractions and maximizing execution velocity
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key metrics, and develop dashboards (as needed), ensuring a unified view of business performance.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to the SVP and their leaders, as well as the Fetch executive team, supporting high-level decision-making.

Skills you will need for this position:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or sales strategy & operations, with specific experience working on zero to one and/or one to two businesses in this capacity.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable, high-impact solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data insights to drive strategy and operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Execution Excellence: A “get things done” attitude with a proven track record of successfully driving initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to evaluate business performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with tech industry product development processes and lifecycle for consumer and enterprise businesses. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Process Optimization: Experience in streamlining processes using technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the flexibility to pivot as business priorities evolve.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to approach problems systematically and deliver well-rounded solutions.
