The Role

We're looking for a Growth Analytics Sr analyst to become the analytical backbone of Secret Media Network. You'll own the data infrastructure that the wider team relies on, and you'll use that data to actively find ways to grow the business. This is a hands-on role that mixes data engineering with genuine business analysis, and increasingly, AI-powered automation. You won't just report numbers, you'll help shape decisions with them and build the tools that make that analysis faster.

What You'll Do

Data Infrastructure & Reporting

• Own and maintain the data pipelines and dashboards that power the team's reporting.
• Ensure a single, consistent definition of core metrics across the team, so everyone measures success the same way.

Business Analytics & Experimentation

• Design and run experiments to identify what drives better performance - from content formats to on-site features - and turn results into clear recommendations.
• Proactively dig into the data to surface growth opportunities the team isn't yet acting on, not just answer questions you're asked.
• Translate analysis into business impact

Data Foundations & Governance

• Design the data and definitions that the whole team builds on. Not just fixing issues as they appear, but architecting the pipelines so those issues don't happen in the first place.
• Set and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and access, so the team can trust and self-serve the data with confidence.

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools to speed up and scale analysis. From automating recurring reports to building AI-assisted workflows that surface insights without manual digging.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual data/reporting processes, partnering with the team's automation and tooling function where needed.
• Stay current on AI-powered analytics tooling and bring in what's genuinely useful

Cross-Functional Support

• Act as the go-to data partner for the different functions across the team, translating their questions into reliable, fast answers.
• Present findings in a way that non-technical stakeholders can act on, not just technical ones.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another STEM field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst / Analytics / Business Intelligence role, ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate analytics work
• A genuinely curious, business-minded analyst - someone who enjoys asking "why" and "what should we do about it," not just "what happened."
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests / experiments is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
