Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Leitung und Koordination von Teilprojekten im Umfeld SAP Inkasso

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden bei fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen

  • Begleitung des gesamten Projektzyklus: von der Analyse der bestehenden Situation und Anforderungen bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung

  • Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops sowie Präsentationen

  • Unterstützung bei Vertriebsaktivitäten, insbesondere in der Akquise und im PreSales

  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends sowie Einbringung entsprechender Impulse

  • Einsatz in projektspezifischen Umgebungen mit regelmässiger Tätigkeit direkt beim Kunden vor Ort

Dein Profil:

  • Praxiserfahrung in vergleichbaren Rollen wie SAP Beratung, Business Analyse oder Key User Funktion

  • Fundiertes Wissen im Inkassowesen, insbesondere im Bereich SchKG

  • Erfahrung in der Koordination oder Leitung von Teilprojekten

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP-Systemlandschaften

  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem SAP-Finanzmodul, idealerweise inklusive Customizing

  • Vertrautheit mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden, beispielsweise HERMES

  • Verständnis für Finanzprozesse mit Schwerpunkt Inkasso

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen im Raum Lausanne-Zürich

  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative

  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke

  • Kreativität sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im interdisziplinären Umfeld

  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

  • Offenheit für Neues, Lernbereitschaft und Neugier
