Im Mittelpunkt stehen moderne, skalierbare Cloud- und Integrationslösungen rund um SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors und Workforce-Management-Systeme.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du konzipierst und implementierst Integrationen zwischen SAP-Systemen und HR- beziehungsweise Workforce-Management-Lösungen.
  • Du berätst Kunden zu Zeitwirtschaft, Personaleinsatzplanung, Zeiterfassung und Workforce Analytics.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Systemlandschaften und entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte.
  • Du begleitest Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
  • Du koordinierst internationale Projektteams und arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Entwicklern zusammen.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Integrations- und Schnittstellenprobleme.
  • Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Lösungen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über mindestens sieben Jahre Erfahrung in der HR-IT-Beratung.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP-Integrationen mit.
  • Du kennst Workforce-Management-Lösungen wie ADP Workforce Software, UKG, Kronos oder vergleichbare Systeme.
  • Erfahrung mit ADP Workforce Software ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kundenfokussiert.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Englisch. Weitere Sprachen, insbesondere Arabisch, sind ein Plus.
  • Du bist bereit, regelmässig im Mittleren Osten zu reisen.
