Aufgaben

  • Beratung unserer Regionalkunden im Bereich Bäckergastro und Snack, GV-Care, Gastronomie (auch Event und Freizeitgastro), Hotellerie sowie Tankstellen
  • individuelle Beratung unserer Kunden in der Sortimentsgestaltung
  • Neukundenakquise
  • Umsatz- und Ertragsverantwortung
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung individueller Kundenprodukte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Kalkulation der Produktpreise, Angebotserstellung und Vertriebscontrolling
  • Beobachtung des Food-Marktes hinsichtlich Preisen und Sortimenten

Qualifikation

  • Affinität zu Lebensmitteln
  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich bzw. Koch, Bäcker oder andere gastronomische Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst wünschenswert
  • gute Sortimentskenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Eloquenz und überzeugende sprachliche Ausdrucksformen
  • Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und dynamische, gewinnende Ausstrahlung und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken
  • kommunikative und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • versierter Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
