Indirects Procurement Manager

The Indirects Procurement Manager is a pivotal, company-wide role responsible for the end-to-end management, mapping, and optimization of Field’s corporate and operational indirect expenditure. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will build a robust indirect procurement function from scratch-acting as a crucial commercial business partner to our global HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Engineering teams.

This is a globally focused position. We require an agile operator with extensive international experience who has supported and scaled operations across multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy). Leveraging a strong legal background or degree, you will directly navigate, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contract schedules, global SaaS licensing agreements, and cross-border service contracts.

Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment is essential. You must be able to map fragmented company expenses, run efficient tenders under tight timelines, and establish robust procurement protocols that protect cash flow and support our rapid global expansion.
