FieldWrk partners with growth-minded infrastructure and construction leaders to build Brands That Work. Making brand a structural part of your business.

About FieldWrk and our mission:

FieldWrk is a mission-first B2B branding agency built for the essential people and companies who build and maintain our world. Our mission is to help hardworking people and companies reach their full potential, starting with our team.

We are a strategic agency that offers branding, web design and development, field photo and video production, and digital marketing services. We partner with leaders in civil construction, heavy equipment, waste and environmental services, energy, and critical infrastructure to build brands that work as hard as the people behind them.

Your mission as creative project manager, should you choose to accept it: To turn our client partners into raving fans - you'll help us deliver work they value AND an experience they want to talk about.

How you’ll help us in your role specifically:

  • Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts by serving as the day-to-day point of contact, understanding client objectives, and delivering consistently, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to agency growth.
  • Manage project scopes, hours, and partnership engagements by tracking retainer usage, flagging scope issues early, and scoping smaller projects and add-ons for existing clients.
  • Keep the PM department running smoothly by owning coordination, project setup, client onboarding, and deliverable QA, giving Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director more room for strategic account work.

Requirements

What you will get to do day-to-day (key responsibilities):

Account ownership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Run recurring client check-ins and status meetings
  • Track monthly retainer hours and scope, flagging overages or scope creep early
  • Prepare status updates and recaps showing work delivered and work to be delivered
  • Identify renewal timing and support renewal conversations with the Director
  • Scope and quote smaller projects and add-ons for your clients, including initial Qwilr proposal builds
  • Spot expansion and partnership opportunities within your accounts and bring them to the Director
  • Own NPS/survey management for your accounts and escalate at-risk clients with a recommended next step

Client delivery

  • Assist with client onboarding: gather initial info, build creative briefs, and schedule kick-offs and hand-offs
  • Build and maintain project timelines, statuses, and tasks within Monday.com, connected to delivery dashboards and project portfolios
  • Route deliverables through the internal approval process from kickoff to delivery, including Pastel review setup
  • Be the communications hub for your projects, including creative requests and follow-ups with internal team members and freelancers
  • Send client recaps and follow-ups and maintain documentation of feedback and approvals
  • QA creative deliverables, web designs, and coded websites for typos, brand alignment, and link accuracy
  • Field requests from retainer clients, update website content, and assign to Developers when necessary

Operations and director support

  • Support Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director on key accounts with meeting support, recaps, task creation, and QAs
  • Keep Monday.com, project templates, and dashboards clean and up to date
  • Ensure freelance invoices are received and submitted on time
  • Proactively identify roadblocks, delays, or unusual situations and work with the Director and team leads to resolve them

The skills you possess:

  • At least 4 years of client-facing account management, project management, or project coordination experience (creative agency preferred)
  • Strong client communication and expectation management skills, with confidence leading client meetings
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
  • A sharp eye for detail, with strong writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing and creative services and workflows
  • Comfort tracking hours, scope, and budgets
  • Very proficient in project management software (ex: Monday.com)

You will have the best opportunity to succeed in this role if:

  • You have the ability to establish and foster positive and productive relationships with diverse personalities - you're great at building rapport
  • You're persuasive, resilient, and able to be firm with clients/team members when necessary
  • You're a self-starter: Highly disciplined and self-motivated
  • You're scrappy and curious: You find a way and iterate often
  • You are always looking to improve processes and systems
  • You have a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy for others
  • You're joyful and grounded: You get serious work done and can laugh while doing it
  • You have a sense of urgency, prioritization, forward-thinking, and are detail-oriented
  • You're highly proficient in G-Suite, Monday.com, and Slack
  • You're eager to grow into a Sr. Project Manager role, taking on larger client partnerships over time
  • You have a strong desire to make a positive impact for hardworking industries and the clients we're fortunate enough to serve
