Technical Skills

• IT landscape / SDLC process
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Strategic thinking and value driven approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder

  management skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical topics

  into clear business narratives.

• 4+ years experience in software development life

  cycle, project/program management, process improvement.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS,

  Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, APIs).

• Strong hands-on experience in application design,

  development, and deployment.

• Functional/technical experience in managing

  simple to complex IT programs/projects

• Programming

  languages (Java, .NET, Python, etc.), system architecture, CI/CD

  pipelines.

• Experience with either of the following business

  process - Human Resource, Real Estate, Tenancy and Leasing and Property

  Management, Hospitality, Supply Chain and other group applications
