Full-stack Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable, scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.

The role requires practical experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding agents as part of the daily engineering workflow. You should be comfortable using AI-assisted development to accelerate coding and debugging while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, testing, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities :

Software Development :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js.

- Build and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs, including authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, schemas, and resolvers.

- Use Claude Code or similar AI coding agents for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, and maintenance while independently validating AI-generated code.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling, migrations, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting.

- Implement asynchronous processing and background jobs using RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, or similar message-queue technologies.

- Investigate and resolve complex bugs, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Create clear technical documentation for APIs, system behaviour, architecture, and implementation decisions.

Testing & Quality :

- Develop and maintain unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.

- Apply automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Use Playwright or similar frameworks for browser-based and end-to-end testing.

- Participate in code reviews and follow consistent engineering and quality standards.

- Validate AI-generated code through functional testing, code review, security checks, and performance analysis.

- Identify recurring defects and improve test coverage, reliability, and development processes.

Delivery & Operations :

- Work with Git and GitHub, including feature branches, pull requests, code reviews, and release processes.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.

- Support application deployment and maintenance on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

- Work with basic infrastructure concepts including Docker, containers, environment configuration.
