NFT - Performance Engineer

What will you contribute?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Non-functional /Performance Engineer with ~5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and monitoring of high-scale, distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise SaaS and on-premises environments, with a passion for optimizing system performance and ensuring reliability under load. Also, hands on skills in DevOps based automation of the performance testing with scripting knowledge Java, Scala, Shell, Ansible/groovy, Python etc. activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using tools such as LoadRunner and Gatling.
• Able to write test cases using scala/shell/java scripting/programming language.
• Build Automated pipeline that will simulate the building blocks (pre & posttest) of NFT over Jenkins.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and other observability tools.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
• Develop performance benchmarks and KPIs for various components of the system.
• Create detailed performance test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to provide performance insights.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues across distributed systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in performance testing/engineering.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and Gatling.

• Experience with Jenkins/Automation of NFT execution by building utilities based on python etc.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS and on-premise high-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
