QA Automation Engineer

This role is a critical support role that processes the high volume requirement of subcontractors contracting in a process compliant manner. The role is located in Bangalore and reports to the Director-WFM, working under the leadership of the Subco Manager. The role supports the Global Services regional delivery organizations.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions in line with prescribed TAT
- Ensure all pre-reqs are completed or exception approvals are obtained from competent authority, prior to raising PRs
- Provide regular and on time alerts to relevant approval officials to reduce/eliminate any bottlenecks
Provide reports at a regular frequency or as required
Anticipate issues and keep stakeholders informed in advance thereby avoiding last minute surprises
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding of the procurement process and the associated systems
- Office productivity software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate in good spoken and written English language
