Finastra is a financial technology company created in 2017 by merging the British firm Misys with the Canadian company D+H, bringing together several decades of banking software under one owner. Its products span retail and corporate core banking, payments processing, lending and syndicated loan servicing, treasury and capital markets systems, and it operates an open platform that lets third-party developers build applications against those cores. Headquartered in London and owned by Vista Equity Partners, it serves thousands of financial institutions and has been divesting parts of its portfolio to concentrate on lending and payments.

Who are we?

At Finastra, we’re a global leader in financial services software, dedicated to expanding access to financial services and shaping what’s next for the industry. Our technology powers mission-critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries.

At Finastra, we're looking for a Workplace Coordinator to help create an exceptional workplace experience in our London office.

You'll create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients and visitors while helping ensure the workplace runs smoothly every day. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll build relationships, solve problems, coordinate workplace services and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

This is a full-time, office-based role requiring attendance in our London office five days per week. As the face of the workplace and a key support for employees, visitors and office operations, being present and visible in the office is an essential part of the role.

If you're proactive, organised and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients, creating a warm and professional experience.
  • Support reception and visitor management activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and workplace activities, including room bookings and catering.
  • Ensure reception areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities services across the office.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and building management teams.
  • Support health, safety and security processes, audits and workplace procedures.
  • Resolve workplace issues and identify opportunities to improve services and the employee experience.
  • Manage office supplies, workplace inventory and general workplace administration.
  • Coordinate deliveries, document handling and asset management activities.
  • Promote the use of ServiceNow and workplace support processes.
  • Maintain workplace records and provide operational updates when required.

What We're Looking For

You enjoy helping people, building relationships and creating positive experiences. You're organised, approachable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

You may come from a background in:

  • Workplace coordination or workplace experience
  • Office management or office administration
  • Facilities support
  • Corporate reception or front of house
  • Hospitality, hotels or guest services
  • Events or customer-facing operational environments

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating workplace services, suppliers, events or office operations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety, workplace security or facilities processes.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with wider teams.

Why Join Finastra?

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day experience of employees, clients and visitors in our London office.

You'll be trusted to take ownership, bring new ideas and make a genuine impact on the workplace experience. You'll build relationships across the business, contribute to a positive office culture and help create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported and able to do their best work.

You'll join a collaborative and supportive team environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills across workplace experience, office operations and facilities management within a global organisation.

If you enjoy working with people, creating exceptional experiences and making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
