Usługi obejmują w szczególności projektowanie i utrzymanie szablonów, druków i dokumentów służących do komunikacji do klienta wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego Banku, w tym umów, ofert, procedur, itp.

Oczekiwanym rezultatem jest:

bezpapierowy obieg dokumentów - elektroniczne forma druków
procesy backoffice zintegrowane z repozytorium dokumentów - automatyzacja procesów
zastąpienie ręcznego wypełniania druków - redukcja kosztów

Usługa wymaga kompetencji w zakresie:

znajomość narzędzi do projektowania i generowania szablonów dokumentów,
znajomość technologii XML, HTML, CSS lub pokrewnych,
umiejętność modelowania dokumentów i raportów,
umiejętność pracy z danymi strukturalnymi (XML, JSON, CSV),
znajomość systemów kontroli wersji (Git),
umiejętność analizy wymagań biznesowych.
