Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description:

• Offensive security: execute recurring internal penetration tests, run red team exercises and attack simulations.
• Perform threat modeling together with the Engineering team.
• Operate and evolve our SIEM.
• Write detection rules and security alerts.
• Ensure log coverage where it matters.
• Conduct monitoring and triage routines, perform continuous tuning and threat hunting.
• Define and evolve Finaya's Cybersecurity strategy.
• Ensure security is part of the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity.
• Experience working in technology companies, fintechs, banks or payment providers.
• Hands-on SIEM operation.
• Experience in SOC operations.
• Penetration testing of applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Applied cryptography.
• Vulnerability management and IAM.
• Security by Design.
• DevSecOps.
• Good communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
