Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Office Managerto join our small but small and experiencedteam, either on a part-time basis. While experience is a plus, we value your willingness to learn and your passion for HR. If you have experience in HR-related roles or education, that's fantastic! However, we're more interested in your bright and curious personality, your commitment to delivering top-notch work, and your drive to excel.This role touches and manages activity across several core business functions and smooth management of our office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. We expect you to bring enthusiasm to the office and offer up new ideas.
What you will do:
- Contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant work culture.
- Manage HR documentation and help modify contracts
- Be responsible for work health and safety activities.
- Plan and organize events and celebrations that bring team members together.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Take ownership of ensuring a superior workplace that is fully stocked, clean and operating efficiently - order office supplies, food/drink and furniture if needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
What we are looking for:
- Enthusiasm coupled with a proactive and independent approach to tackling tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for formulating solutions to diverse challenges and issues.
- Understanding the opportunities to use social media and other online channels in benefit of employer branding us.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Estonian and English.
- Possession of a Category B driving license would be an additional advantage.
