Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support and accelerate business growth across the APAC region.This position is ideal for an experienced B2B sales or business development professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating value-driven solutions for customers.Candidates with experience in technology, SaaS, Internet, software, telecommunications, IT services, or related industries are encouraged to apply. Prior cloud industry experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. We are open to candidates with strong commercial capabilities and a willingness to learn and develop their knowledge of cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion across the APAC region.Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and customer segments.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives, and work with internal technical teams to propose relevant and value-driven solutions.Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, market developments, and emerging industry trends.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, account plans, and business development reports.Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective customer engagement and a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.Represent the company at customer meetings, networking sessions, industry events, and conferences.Stay informed about industry developments and continuously expand knowledge of relevant technology and cloud solutions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.Experience in technology, SaaS, software, Internet, IT services, telecommunications, or related industries is highly advantageous.Previous exposure to the cloud industry is an advantage but not essential.Demonstrated ability to generate new leads, develop opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate business solutions.Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn new technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is an advantage.Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with the company's predominantly Chinese-speaking client base. Good English communication skills are an added advantage
