Main tasks

Provide Business Analyst support to the Product Owner for the Cornerstone on Demand (YES Learning) LMS module.
Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analysis, and impact assessments, in partnership with the BAU Lead.
Take ownership of selected Level 3 (complex) tickets when required.
Manage small projects, Non-Standard Requests, and feature analysis activities.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product lifecycle.
Support the Product Owner and BAU Lead in implementing a new governance model with entities and Group stakeholders.
Contribute to and/or lead CSOD-related improvement initiatives.
Identify recurring training needs for local administrators and deliver training or refresher sessions accordingly.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS module.

Certifications in CSOD LMS and/or Core modules are considered a plus (not mandatory).

Other requirements

Fluent in English;
Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
Customer focus and service delivery;
Availability to work in EU.
