Main tasks

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, and Operations
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
Support testing activities (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements
Monitor project progress and communicate risks or issues effectively

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools is a plus)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness and availability to travel once per month

Nice to have

Experience in banking industry
Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
