Main tasks

  • Support the implementation and rollout of IAM / IGA solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Contribute to the implementation and configuration of Aditus IIQ and IAM repositories.
  • Support Identity Management and identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver.
  • Implement and maintain Role & Entitlement Management processes.
  • Support access governance, access certification and periodic access reviews.
  • Implement Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
  • Support the automation of IAM processes and workflows.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories.
  • Participate in testing, documentation and governance activities.
  • Support IAM rollouts in complex and regulated environments.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout implementation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in enterprise IAM / IGA environments.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM implementation and rollout projects.
  • Experience with Aditus IIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM repositories and Identity Management.
  • Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver.
  • Experience with Role & Entitlement Management.
  • Experience with Access Governance and Access Certification.
  • Strong understanding of Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Experience with IAM Process Automation.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories.
  • Experience with testing, documentation and governance.
  • Experience working in complex or regulatory environments.
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with large-scale IAM implementation and rollout programmes.
  • Experience with complex enterprise integrations.
