Main tasks

  • Design, implement and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure in AWS
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments and operational processes using DevOps best practices
  • Monitor system performance, availability, security and cost optimisation across cloud environments
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure and deployment issues
  • Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to define and implement best practices
  • Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability and automation maturity
  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with security and governance standards
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy for cloud and DevOps solutions

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory)
  • Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
  • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation and deployment practices
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in complex, distributed environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with GitLab
  • Experience with Bamboo
  • Experience with JFrog
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar)
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices

Other requirements

  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
  • Customer focus and service delivery;
  • Availability to work in EU.
