Senior Master Data & Integration Lead

Main tasks

• Lead a team of integration consultants across all project phases.
• Coordinate edge applications and system integrations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain system architecture maps and integration landscapes.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Application Architecture (AA) reviews.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) preparation and execution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of integration and Master Data initiatives.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across workstreams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in integration, Master Data, or SAP transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading technical or functional teams.
• Strong experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience managing integration activities, edge applications, and system interfaces.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management, with expertise in one or more of the following domains: Material Master Data; Business Partner (BP) Master Data ; Financial (FIN) Master Data.
• Experience with project architecture, system mapping, and integration governance.
• Experience supporting cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience working with large-scale ERP integration projects.
• Project Management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
