Main tasks

Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for RPA and intelligent automation solutions
Design high-level solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements
Work directly with customers to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and define scalable solutions
Develop and maintain UiPath automation solutions, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Review Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and overall solution quality
Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices across automation projects
Manage and schedule automation processes through UiPath Orchestrator
Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from analysis to implementation and deployment
Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into automation workflows to enhance business processes
Apply Agentic AI concepts to improve automation intelligence and decision-making capabilities
Leverage UiPath Document Understanding for document processing, data extraction, and classification use cases
Support continuous improvement initiatives and remain up to date with emerging automation and AI technologies

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience developing UiPath RPA solutions
Strong experience in process analysis and requirements gathering
Proven experience designing robust solution architectures for automation projects
Strong knowledge of UiPath platform and RPA best practices
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding capabilities
Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and their application within automation workflows
Experience with UiPath Agent Builder or Dify
Good understanding of Generative AI technologies and their integration into automation processes
Experience reviewing solution quality, PDDs, SDDs, and code deliverables
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Experience with REFramework or Enhanced REFramework

Experience operating and administering UiPath Orchestrator
Knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET)
Experience with SAP applications from a user perspective
Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Access
Knowledge of AI/ML models and their integration into business automation solutions
Experience with UiPath AI Center capabilities
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering for Generative AI use cases
Experience integrating APIs with automation workflows
SQL knowledge for data manipulation and database operations
Python development experience for AI/ML integration scenarios
Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards
Excellent communication and documentation skills
