About the Role

We're looking for a commercially driven closer who knows how to turn qualified opportunities into signed enterprise partnerships.

You'll work closely with our BDE, who handles lead generation and initial outreach. Your role is to take qualified opportunities, understand the client's needs, build the business case, negotiate, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Closing

• Own qualified opportunities from discovery through contract signing and onboarding.
• Lead meetings and product presentations with HR Directors, CFOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Understand client pain points and position FINN as a compelling employee benefit solution.
• Handle objections, commercial negotiations, and drive deals to close.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Client Activation & Growth

• Work with clients to turn signed partnerships into strong employee adoption and engagement.
• Support client launches and onsite activations when needed.
• Identify opportunities for deeper engagement, upselling, and expansion.

Pipeline & Performance

• Manage and progress your pipeline through CRM, maintaining strong deal discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Analyse conversion and sales performance to continuously improve your closing approach.

Who We're Looking For?

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HRIS, HR-tech, employee benefits, fintech, or similar B2B solutions.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to HR, People, Finance, or C-level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Commercially minded and comfortable with sales targets, pipeline, and numbers.
• Confident communicator in Thai and English.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on - you take ownership and don't wait for a playbook.
• Customer-focused, with an understanding that signing the contract is only the beginning; driving adoption creates the real value.
