Senior QA Engineer

Objective of this role / About the job:

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with engineers to ensure the quality of our products, including understanding new feature requirements, testing features and defects, and ensuring non-functional requirements are met. You will take ownership of test strategy, mentor other QA engineers, and communicate the overall quality status to the team. You will be part of a team that works to create a massive impact for millions of Thai people, to unlock their investment potential via cutting-edge innovations. Experience testing AI-powered products and features is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Perform test planning and estimation, requirements analysis, automated and manual test creation, and execution
• Perform performance testing such load test and stress test
• Report on test progress and software release readiness and risks
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Communicate with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists on product issues and insights
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
