Sales Executive Inbound (Italian Speaker)

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team.

What you'll do:

• Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals.
• Turning leads into customers.
• Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product.
• Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience.
• Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement.
• Be a true Finom ambassador-understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly.

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
• Strong communication and people skills-you know how to build rapport and close deals.
• You’re organized-you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
• A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
• Adaptability and resilience-you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
• Must-have: fluent English and an additional advanced-level language - Especially French, Italian or German.
