How you are going to make an impact

• Ensure the organization's operations comply with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure unified compliance practices.
• Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to senior management.
• Monitor industry developments to maintain compliance with regulatory changes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage all compliance communications.
• Evaluate and improve existing compliance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Analyze risks associated with the organization's operations and develop comprehensive action plans to mitigate them.
• Suggest practical solutions for regulatory compliance issues and oversee the implementation of corrective measures.

Discover your Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
