Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
As aKey Accounts Supervisor, you will manage sales, expenses, and inventory within a defined customer and geographic area. You will work with merchandisers in achieving target sales of our products within your assigned accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage outright stores, ensuring stock availability, inventory movement, timely replenishment, and achievement of sales targets.
- Manage assigned accounts through regular store visits, relationship building, active selling, sales review and business development initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Open and develop new accounts to expand market reach and increase distribution.
- Handle end-to-end account management, including conducting regular business reviews.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven client management skills with a focus on trust-building and meeting client needs.
