Autonomous Operations detects, diagnoses and fixes cloud infrastructure problems automatically. That cuts resolution times from hours to minutes and frees engineering teams from routine first-line work. The service is already running with customers.
You'll work side by side with our sales team on every deal. While the seller owns the customer relationship, you own the substance: the demo that shows the service working, the proposal and price behind it, and the contract the customer signs. Between deals, you'll keep improving the service by bringing what customers tell you back into our pricing, service descriptions, contracts and product roadmap.
This role suits someone who is equally comfortable running a live demo, building a pricing model and discussing contract terms. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you need to be technical enough to keep a demo environment running and to hold your own with a customer's cloud team.
