Deine Aufgaben

  • Erledigung aller Mise en place Arbeiten
  • Herstellung und Zubereitung der Speisen auf dem jeweiligen Posten in höchster Qualität für unser à la carte Restaurant
  • Wöchentliche Reinigungsarbeiten (Hygieneplan) durchführen
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände
  • Teilnahme am täglichen Menü Briefing sowie Einbringung seiner persönlichen Ideen zur permanenten Verbesserung unseres Qualität-Produktes

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung als Koch idealerweise im à la carte Restaurant
  • Organisationsvermögen und Kreativität
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
  • Gäste- und serviceorientiertes Denken
  • Sorgfalt, Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
