FirstClub is an Indian quick commerce company delivering a curated selection of premium produce, groceries and other products to consumers. It builds its own shopping app and hires product designers to shape the customer experience. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

About FirstClub:

At FirstClub, we are building a new kind of quick commerce from the ground up, and the supply chain is where that promise is won or lost.

The Supply Chain Product team builds the systems that decide what we buy, where it sits, how it moves and what we promise each member.

Every order that reaches a member on time, fresh and complete is the output of our products.

The team's charter spans the full supply chain:

- Buying & Sourcing: demand-led purchase planning, vendor management, PO lifecycle and inbound scheduling.

- Collection Centers: first-mile intake, quality checks, grading and consolidation of fresh and farm produce.

- Distribution Centers (DCs): inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packing, outbound and returns.

- Middle Mile: DC-to-Club House replenishment, trip planning, vehicle utilization and inventory movement.

- Club Houses: receiving, storage, pick-pack, cycle counts, freshness and wastage control.

- Inventory Management: single source of truth for stock, ageing and expiry, replenishment and inventory accuracy across nodes.

- Capacity Management: labor, slot, storage and throughput planning across nodes and time of day.

- Promise Engine: what we promise each member - availability and delivery ETA - based on live inventory and capacity.

Why FirstClub:

- Build, don't babysit: Much of our supply chain stack is being built right now. You will design core systems, not just tune someone else's.

- Small team, big surface area: You'll own outcomes that would sit with a whole team at a larger company.

- Fast loops: Ship on Monday, watch it run on a Club House floor by Wednesday, improve it by Friday.

- Ground truth over slide decks: Our PMs spend real time in DCs, Collection Centers and Club Houses, not just in dashboards.

- Scrappy beats perfect: We'd rather run a pilot this week than polish a plan for next quarter.

- Your fingerprints on the company: The decisions you make now shape how FirstClub scales to every new city.

The role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end supply chain product charter at FirstClub - from how we source and buy, through Collection Centers, DCs and the middle mile, to inventory in our Club Houses and the promise we make each member.

Your mandate is to build a high-control, intelligent and scalable supply chain that improves availability, freshness and speed while driving down cost per order and wastage.

This isn't a role where you inherit a mature platform and keep it running.

You'll build core pieces of FirstClub's supply chain while the business grows around them: making calls with incomplete data, getting your hands dirty on the floor, and setting how product works across the charter.

You'll shape how inventory moves across the network, how frontline teams work, and how FirstClub scales to new cities without losing control or quality.

What you will do:

- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across Buying & Sourcing, Collection Centers, DCs, Middle Mile, Club Houses, Inventory Management, Capacity Management and the Promise Engine.

- Set and own the north-star metrics for the charter: availability and fill rate, promise adherence (promised vs. actual), inventory accuracy, days of inventory, wastage and shrinkage, cost per order and throughput per node.

- Partner deeply with Supply Chain, Category, Operations and Finance leadership to find the biggest ground-level problems and convert them into a prioritised, outcome-driven roadmap.

- Architect the core systems with Engineering: a single source of truth for inventory across nodes, a demand-led buying and replenishment engine, and a Promise Engine that balances availability, capacity and speed in real time.

- Build capacity planning across labour, slots, storage and vehicles, so the network flexes for peaks, new categories and new cities.

- Own the frontline tooling strategy for associates, site managers, QC teams and transport partners - making work simpler, faster and measurable, including productivity tracking and incentives.

- Lead build-vs-buy decisions across WMS, TMS, procurement and planning systems, and drive integrations with vendors and 3P partners.

- Treat AI and automation as first principles, not add-ons: forecasting, auto-replenishment, intelligent allocation, anomaly and shrinkage detection, and agentic workflows that remove manual decisions from planners and site teams.

- Run a strong experimentation and measurement culture - pilots by node or city, clear success criteria, and rigorous readouts.

- Lead, coach and grow a team of Product Managers, raising the bar on problem framing, execution, stakeholder management and ground-level empathy.

- Help shape the operating model for scaling FirstClub's supply chain across cities with high reliability and healthy unit economics.

What we are looking for:

- 5 - 8 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning and scaling products with measurable business impact.

- Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers, and happy to be a player-coach who still owns hands-on product work.

- Deep experience in supply chain, warehousing, quick commerce, e-commerce, grocery, food delivery or logistics, ideally across more than one node of the chain.

- Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, warehouse operations, middle-mile logistics, capacity planning or delivery promise systems.

- Experience building products with a significant frontline or ground operations component.

- Proven ability to move operational and financial metrics such as fill rate, wastage, cost per order, productivity and SLA adherence.

- Strong analytical depth: comfortable with SQL, experimentation and working alongside Data Science on forecasting and optimisation problems.

- An AI-native mindset: you think naturally about how ML, automation and agents can change how decisions get made, not just how screens look.

- Excellent stakeholder management with senior Operations, Category, Finance and Engineering leaders.

- You thrive in early-stage, fast-moving environments: you'll write the spec, pull the data and walk the floor yourself, and you know the answer is usually a mix of technology, process and operational change.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus; strong product experience matters more.

Good to have:

- Built or scaled a WMS, inventory platform, procurement system, TMS or promise/ETA engine.

- Experience with fresh, perishable and cold-chain supply chains, including FEFO, grading and expiry management.

- Exposure to demand forecasting, replenishment optimization, slotting, network planning or routing.

- Experience launching and scaling operations across multiple cities and high daily order volumes.

- Experience building frontline workforce products: productivity tracking, incentives, gamification or training.

- Experience shipping AI/ML-driven decisioning or agentic workflows in production operations.
