Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate branding, manage brand reputation and build positive perception
- Develop, govern and enforce brand guidelines for First Gen across all channels.
- Manage social media engagement and online branding.
- Support public relations and advocacy, in close coordination with Corp Communications Team
- Coordinate internal branding efforts to maintain cohesive messaging across employer branding and CSR initiatives
- Lead brand perception studies and analyze brand performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market trends (in relation to competitor activities or consumer behavior) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align with parent company for corporate guidelines and co-branding protocols, as needed.
- Handle other special projects that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing
- With at least 5 years experience in advertising agencies, telco or FMCG
